We can quite successfully create networking and socialising
experiences. Guests join tables in an events room, and each
table is a separate video chat room. Speeches and presentations
are broadcast to all attendees, superseding the video chat for a
time whilst the presentation is on. You can have any number of
presentations, and between these people re-join the event room
and tables to socialise. This is the best ‘next step’ from video
conferencing, and is a much more enjoyable experience.

At the request of several clients we have arranged a catering
delivery service [UK only] in partnership with Côte Brasseries.
For a 3 course meal with wine prices start at around £35 per
head, including very reliable delivery the day before the event.
You do need to heat any hot dishes up, but the quality of the fair
is excellent! These prices are based on ordering an event of circa
80 people with an average of two people per delivery.
(80 covers / 40 separate deliveries).
